My rating is not directly related to marine service that Aqua Sport gave me, but is absolutely a testament to their service and how they truly care for each customer (and even non-customers like myself).
My family and I were traveling… More to go camping 2 weeks ago from St. Louis, MO. When we made it to Lebanon, a driver had merged onto the highway. The driver had a nice boat that was recently winterized. Unfortunately, a cap was left loose on the boat (for the water tank) that popped out, bounced and hit the windshield of the RV that I was driving. Coincidentally the driver pulled over to tighten the cap he saw dangling, but not knowing it had already fell off and hit us. We were able to exchange information and he mentioned the boat was just winterized. He called Aquasport to tell them what happened and they immediately stepped in to help. The very first thing they asked me was if myself and my family was alright, and if it was even safe to drive the RV (there was nearly an entire hole in the windshield where it impacted). I could very quickly tell that Matt was a wonderful guy who wanted nothing but to help. I shared pictures with him and Matt stepped up and offered to replace the windshield without hesitation.
Matt even called me a couple of hours later to check in and make sure everything was alright and that the windshield was holding up. He had even started making calls to see they could get this windshield replaced locally, quickly. We ended our camping trip and trekked back to STL, and fortunately the windshield held up. Matt and Justin remained in contact with me from the moment we got home, and has been available along the way to offer whatever support they can.
I can confirm that they stepped up immediately and covered the cost of the windshield (which mind you was over $5,000 due to the size).
I can tell you that if this business was local, I would never look elsewhere and they would have a lifelong customer. This business is driven by people who truly care, even for people who are not their customers. What more can you ask for? While the issue was a bummer, I've never experienced such care from a business that I've never done business with. I hope someone see's this review and decides to use them.
Who knows, I may start making the trip down with my boat :)
